1. A group leader will need to contact the owner Steve Opersteny at 979-846-1592 to book an event.
2. The group leader will be responsible for the conduct of the group while guest at BVORR. Therefore it is suggested that the group leader asks everyone coming out to read the rules and regulations section of this web site. The group leader should not invite anyone that does not know what tread lightly means, cannot read or otherwise cannot follow rules. Destructive or dangerous behavior will result in being asked to leave! Refunds will not be given if an individual or group is asked to leave!
3. The group will need to decide if they want to rent the whole park for exclusive use or pay per person. See the entry fees section for details and fees. There will be a refundable deposit of $150 required ( checks accepted). The deposit will be refunded provided the property is left in the same condition as it was found. For the deposit to be refunded you will need to contact the owner to check out prior to leaving!
4. If your group has not been at the ranch before or is not that familiar with the extensive trail system, it is highly recommended that your group procure the services of a guide. The park owner can provide a list of guides that you can independently contract with. There are enough trails on the property to keep a group busy for two to three days. Trails vary from mild to extreme. Please give us enough notice if you want a guide to help you.
5. The trail system is highly techical meaning there are a lot of hill climbs and off camber trails. The owner discourages mudding. It is the opinion of the owner that Tread Lightly DOES NOT EQUAL Mudding! If your group is looking for a place to do mudding then this is NOT the place for your group. We will be happy to provide you and your group with parks that are set up for mudding.
6. The owner reserves the right to close the trails at any time due to rain. Refunds will be given if trails are closed after paying a gate fee. |
